About the Role:
The Insurance Partnership Success Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the Partnerships Team by helping to improve the processes and infrastructure including tools, systems, and reporting as well as engaging with and helping to improve the partner experience with Motive. This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Strategic Partnerships.
This is a highly cross-functional role and you are going to be part of the small team that has a big impact on the organization. This is a great opportunity to perform multiple functions including and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The Partnership Success Specialist is responsible for managing day-to-day activities as well as working closely with cross functional teams on operational projects. The candidate in this role must be self-directed, well organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
What You'll Do:
- Manage quote approval queue. Work with account executives, leadership, and partners to ensure that approvals are managed and SOPs are followed.
- Monitor reporting data for irregularities and escalate to manager as appropriate.
- Report generation: Pull reporting from appropriate systems to provide to partner success manager to distribute as needed and build into business review reports.
- Case generation: Submit cases in CRM platform in order to address customer support needs, remove subsidies, change billing information, etc.
- Ensure data integrity across platforms.
- Update internal systems based on reports provided by partners
- Audit fields to ensure all accounts and opportunities are correctly tagged
- Audit billing reporting on a monthly basis
- Address partner questions in relevant slack channels
- Monitor volume relevant to partner pilots to ensure we do not exceed limits.

What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years experience working with or within a sales team
- 1+ years experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Problem-solving, deep attention to detail, & analytical skills while working in a fast-paced environment
- Required to work hours of sales team
