Job Description

The Partnerships Account Executive III role is critical in expanding our market reach and driving growth through strategic partnerships with technology providers, consulting firms, and other relevant channel partners. Your primary focus will be on identifying, developing, and managing partnerships that align with our company's goals and enhance our ability to deliver exceptional compliance and risk solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for the management of ACA’s top strategic and channel partner relationships​.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Partner Identification and Recruitment:
    • Conduct market research to identify potential channel partners that complement our product offerings and target market.
    • Forge new channel relationships in key market segments guided by our strategic priorities​
    • Assess needs of partners and translate their needs into revenue-generating for both organizations
    • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations.
  • Partnership Development and Management:
    • Negotiate and execute mutually beneficial partnership agreements, including co-selling arrangements, joint marketing initiatives, and technology integrations.
    • Develop and implement joint go to market plans to maximize the opportunity for both organizations
    • Provide ongoing support and training to channel partners to ensure we have the knowledge and resources needed to effectively promote each other’s solutions.
    • Support the thought leadership agenda, including partner events, industry conferences, and joint webinars.
  • Sales Enablement:
    • Collaborate internally with both sales and delivery leaders to create awareness and enthusiasm around the partnership
    • Leverage sales enablement tools and resources for channel partners, including sales collateral, org charts, product brochures, and training materials.
    • Seek opportunities to engage ACA senior leadership to promote key partnerships​
    • Monitor channel partner performance and provide feedback and guidance for continuous improvement.
  • Relationship Oversight:
    • Track all channel partner revenue-oriented activities and maintain dashboards for program health and progress against defined KPIs​
    • Project manage internal stakeholders to ensure milestones and targets are being met
    • Conduct periodic diligence on partners to assess potential risks and overall progress to goals
    • Monitor channel partner activity for adherence to contractual obligations and ethical standards.

To Qualify for the role, you will have:

  • Prior sales or partnership experience preferably with SaaS-based technology solutions
  • Solid understanding of compliance and/or operational risk activities relevant to diverse financial service organizations
  • Experience and existing network within any or all of the following market segments; private equity, asset management, hedge funds, and wealth management

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • 7-10 years’ experience
  • Undergraduate degree required
  • Client presentation experience to manage escalations, projects and support cross/upsell.
  • Understanding of the financial services industry (desirable).
  • Prior experience with SaaS (Software as a Service) and enterprise software (desirable).
  • Prior experience with professional services (desirable).
  • Demonstrated professional integrity.
  • Dependable, flexible, and adaptable to new ACA initiatives and changing client needs.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and make independent judgments on matters of significance.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, small-team environment.
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and clients.
