Here at ReadMe, we’re hiring our first Partnerships Engineer! We’re looking for someone who is excited about broadening ReadMe’s reach within the API ecosystem.
This role will be a mix of diving into specific integrations and helping customers in getting onboarded. A typical week could include being on the phone with a customer answering questions and doing a demo, fixing a bug for a new customer, diagnosing issues with an integration, and updating documentation.

✅ What you’ll do here
Set the strategy for how ReadMe fits within the API partner ecosystem
Design features for partners in our industry, such as AWS, Kong, Postman, and GitHub Copilot
Work on making videos and writing content to make things easier for customers to integrate
Join recurring calls with industry partners to figure out what to build
Jump on support or sales requests involving integrations
