Occupy a unique position in the market, as a People Operations Specialist who will work closely with key stakeholders to provide advice, support, and guidance to enable the organization to develop a workforce that can deliver the company's strategic goals

• Support HR-related processes: BS contract renewal, terminations. Offboardings, PTOs.
• Develop, implement, and provide counsel on HR policies and procedures.
• Provide tactical support that enables the team to deliver operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage the People Service Desk (tracking & reports).
• Maintain employee records in the HRIS (Bamboo & UKG) according to policy and legal requirements.
• Manage the payroll for Uy & Arg employees thru Immedis. Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track
• KPIs and identify trends.
• Review, monitor controls, and ensure SOX Compliance.
• Support the vendor management and the logistics of engagement events and gifts.
• Lead People special projects/initiatives.
• Support the People Manager with all aspects of Operations as required.

What will help you succeed

• Proven experience as an HR generalist or other hard HR position, in a software company.
• Knowledge of HR functions (compensation, benefits, contracts, KPIs, budget.).
• Proficient in Gsuite.
• Fluent spoken and written English is absolutely essential.
