Tasks

Design and implement performance testing strategies to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Analyze system performance and identify bottlenecks, providing actionable insights for optimization.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to define performance benchmarks and KPIs.
Automate performance testing processes using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
Prepare detailed reports on performance metrics and recommend improvements based on test results.

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years experience in performance testing.
Proficiency in JAVA (mandatory).
Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of performance issues.
Experience with CI/CD, JMeter, and Linux servers.
Willingness to relocate to Portugal and work within the specified time zone.
