Responsibilities
- Develop and own the performance marketing strategy to drive highly efficient patient acquisition, retention, and engagement
- Partner with the external marketing agencies to execute and refine paid media campaigns across digital channels
- Establish KPIs, benchmarks, and frameworks to measure and optimize campaign performance effectively
- Launch, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, focusing on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, Tiktok and other performance-driven networks
- A/B test ad creative, messaging, targeting, and bidding strategies to continuously improve ROI
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to maximize efficiency
- Develop creative tactics to ‘growth hack’ driving SEO and organic acquisition
- Drive all efforts on other traditional and non-traditional channels which may include direct mail, out of home, affiliate, etc.
- Develop a roadmap for scaling the performance marketing function, including hiring and managing a high-performing team over time
- Bring onboard contractors and other support resources as needed, i.e. copywriter, design, photographer, videographer etc.
- Mentor and lead new team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture
- Manage and allocate the performance marketing budget efficiently to maximize returns with a careful eye towards managing CAC and ROI.
- Provide regular forecasts and updates to leadership, ensuring alignment with business goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on DTC customer acquisition
- Experience at a DTC healthcare delivery company is a plus
- Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling paid media campaigns across major platforms
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau)
- Experience working with or managing external agencies
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with minimal oversight
