Job Role: Performance Marketing Manager (Google, Meta & Bing Ads)
Compensation range: $1,800 AUD - $2,200 AUD / Monthly
Engagement type:Independent Contractor Agreement
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Our focus is on making the storage process as convenient and hassle-free as possible by combining practical services with a customer-first approach.
We work closely with customers to support a wide range of storage needs, whether they are relocating, renovating, decluttering, managing business inventory, or requiring temporary space. By offering tailored storage options, transportation support, and secure storage facilities, we help simplify what can often be a time-consuming and stressful process.
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid digital acquisition for a fast-growing Australian mobile self storage franchise network. This is a commercially focused growth role responsible for driving measurable business outcomes across multiple franchise territories nationwide.
You will own the strategy, optimisation and performance of campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads, with a strong focus on lead quality, customer acquisition efficiency, occupancy growth and revenue performance — not vanity metrics.
We are looking for someone who understands how digital marketing impacts real operational outcomes. Success in this role is not measured by cheap clicks or low-cost conversions alone, but by the ability to generate profitable customers, improve territory performance and scale revenue sustainably across the franchise network.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Google, Meta and Bing
Drive high-quality inbound leads across multiple franchise territories nationally
Improve conversion rates, customer acquisition costs and return on ad spend
Analyse campaign performance against commercial KPIs including booked jobs, revenue, occupancy and profitability
Build and refine audience targeting, keyword strategies, retargeting and local area campaigns
Oversee landing page optimisation, attribution and conversion tracking
Work closely with marketing, operations and franchise partners to align performance with business priorities
Continuously test campaign structures, creative, bidding strategies and funnel improvements
Produce clear reporting and actionable insights for leadership and franchise stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns with strong ROI outcomes
Advanced experience across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and Microsoft/Bing Ads
Experience with franchise, multi-location, home services, logistics or lead generation businesses highly regarded
Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, offline conversion reporting and CRM integration, (HubSpot preferred)
Ability to connect marketing performance to real business metrics and profitability
Experience scaling campaigns while maintaining lead quality and operational efficiency
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities from data
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, call tracking and reporting platforms Success in This Role Looks Like
