As a key digital voice of the brand, you’ll ensure our storytelling remains fresh, dynamic, and responsive to cultural and industry trends.

YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR…

  • Collaborating with key stakeholders (VP of Marketing Growth, Revenue Operations, and Finance) to forecast and track performance against CAC and LTV targets
  • Partnering with Product and Data teams to uncover insights, optimize user journeys, and implement features that drive growth, engagement, and conversion
  • Developing and maintaining a performance marketing dashboard, tracking key metrics and regularly sharing actionable insights with the team

  • Optimizing user journeys with Marketing and Product teams, ensuring a seamless, engaging experience that moves donors through the acquisition funnel

YOU MUST HAVE…

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with hands-on expertise in paid media strategy and execution (Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads)
  • Proven track record of launching and optimizing high-impact campaigns while effectively managing CAC and LTV goals
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and act on data to improve performance
  • Experience in A/B testing for creative assets, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization
  • Expertise in forecasting and managing paid marketing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently
  • Deep knowledge of the digital media landscape (owned, earned, and paid) with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and ad tech innovations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights and strategy clearly
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Creative, and Finance teams to drive growth
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other performance tracking tools

IT’S AN ADDED PLUS IF YOU HAVE…

  • Thrived in fast-paced, resourceful environments, where agility and scrappiness were key to success
  • Experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and advanced attribution, using data-driven insights to optimize spend and strategy
  • A strong understanding of AI tools and automation, integrating them into your daily workflow to enhance performance marketing efforts
  • Experience in the nonprofit or fundraising space, with a passion for driving impact through digital growth
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Looker, and Optimizely, using these tools to track performance, optimize campaigns, and improve conversion
  • A knack for securing donated media and pro-bono services, helping stretch budgets and maximize impact
  • Basic front-end web development skills, enabling you to make quick optimizations to landing pages for better conversion
