We are looking for a person on our team who will work as the co-owner of our paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta and etc) + analyze and optimize CRM marketing automation systems (HubSpot).
Job Description
Manage & optimize paid ads campaigns including Meta, Google, and performance marketing activities that would bring qualified leads into Hubspot
Work on a strategy to scale with Meta and/or other channels and manage the total budget towards paid ads campaigns with a minimum “cost per leads”
Be responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of inbound marketing activities, data analysis
Develop new nurturing inbound strategies to help improve “conversion rate” and drive more “sales qualified leads” from external sources
Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize lead conversion rates
Work with the global teams and propose new inbound marketing solutions and implement the best practices in other countries both in performance marketing & automation systems
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing operations,
- Strong knowledge of Paid Social and Google Ads optimization techniques and targeting strategies, bidding models and ad units across different ad platforms
- Proficient in lead generation, customer acquisition,
- Hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, Hotjar (If HubSpot and/or Google Ads certifications are provided, it's a plus),
- Have experience in the use of marketing automation systems (Hubspot, Salesforce and etc),
- Comfortable in using MS Excel and Google Sheets,
- Have strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking with a problem-solving mindset with setting up dashboards and using the latest analytics tools to track the performance of your initiatives,
- Knowledge of channel-specific metrics and KPIs like CPA, CPL, CAC
- Advenced level of English (written and spoken),
- Familiar with Canva and creating ad visuals,
- Motivated team player who actively seeks challenging projects and proactively shares experiences and knowledge towards the team’s goals,
- Have strong project management skills. Self-motivated and extremely resourceful in driving projects forward
