What we’re looking for:

As we embark on our next phase of growth, Wonders is seeking a driven and dedicated Performance Marketing Strategist to become a valuable addition to our team. In this position, you will work closely with the Senior Performance Marketing Manager to develop and execute highly effective lead-gen marketing campaigns across online channels including paid media (paid social Chinese language websites), SEO, email and affiliate, optimizing for ROI and growth. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and seamlessly blend analytical insights with creativity, with an ‘always be testing’ mindset, is what sets you apart.

What you’ll accomplish:

  • You will create and execute lead gen marketing campaigns across various channels, such as email marketing, social media, YouTube and affiliate.

  • You will oversee website performance, UX optimization, content management and implement SEO strategies to improve website conversion.

  • You will create, optimize and analyze campaign and landing page performance, leveraging A/B testing and other tactics to drive continuous improvement.

  • You will build automation workflows leveraging webhooks and Zapier to send data across multiple platforms including Salesforce.

  • You will oversee and maintain campaign reports on a daily and weekly basis tracking all KPIs using data from GA4, DSPs, Salesforce and more.

  • You will collaborate with other marketing team members to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.

About you:

  • You have 5+ years of performance digital marketing experience and have fluency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce for lead gen processing and digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Google Ads.

  • You have excellent communication skills in speaking, reading and writing Mandarin Chinese, and are fully proficient in English.

  • You have a data-driven mindset with a proven expertise in bidding strategies, user and audience segmentation, lifetime value analysis, and the innate ability to setup A/B tests and measure their outcomes.

  • You have experience in WordPress for website maintenance.

  • You have a marketing or quantitative focused undergraduate degree.

Bonus points:

  • You have experience in the restaurant industry.

  • You have experience working in a startup environment.

  • You have knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript and PHP.

  • You have graphic design experience.

The salary for this role is $100,000 - $120,000 annually.
