Job Description
Manage a high-volume docket of consumer finance / credit reporting matters (FCRA-driven)
Draft and respond to written discovery; review productions and develop case themes
Draft complaints, routine motions, and key filings with support from paralegal/admin resources
Own calendaring and deadlines across your matters and keep cases moving efficiently
Participate in client meetings and litigation strategy sessions
Negotiate settlements and help drive matters to resolution
Collaborate with litigation leadership to improve templates, workflows, and processes Qualifications
Active member in good standing of the California Bar
2+ years of litigation experience in a consumer-facing or finance-adjacent practice
Hands-on FCRA experience (Fair Credit Reporting Act)
Experience managing a high-volume docket or high-throughput casework
Strong legal writing skills and solid judgment
