We're looking for a Platform Administrator to join our DHA EIDS team, keeping the enterprise data platforms that power military health analytics and data delivery running securely and reliably.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Administer enterprise data platforms including Tableau Server, MOVEit, Linux, Windows Server, and related DHA tooling
Manage platform configurations, access controls, and environment governance across multiple environments
Support operational sustainment including patching, monitoring, logging, and system health validation
Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and delivery teams to troubleshoot platform issues impacting dashboards, integrations, and performance
Coordinate platform provisioning, deployment, and configuration aligned with enterprise delivery standards
Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures
Support security and compliance activities aligned with RMF and NIST frameworks
What you’ll bring:
Experience administering enterprise platforms or infrastructure in a federal, DoD, or DHA-aligned environment
Hands-on experience with platforms such as Tableau, MOVEit, Talend, Windows Server, or Linux
Familiarity with AWS GovCloud environments, primarily EC2-based infrastructure
Understanding of access management, environment governance, and operational sustainment in regulated environments
Experience supporting RMF, NIST, or similar security and compliance frameworks
Thrives in a remote, collaborative Agile environment and genuinely enjoys working closely with cross-functional technical teams
Communicates clearly and openly, whether writing a runbook or troubleshooting with engineers
Performs other related duties as assigned.

United States Wage Range: $100,000 – $145,000
