As a Portfolio Management Manager within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based remote. This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.

Key Outcome: Define and evaluate the operating model of the office of the CTO and in order to drive consistency across organizational functions allowing for accelerated speed to value

Key Activities:

--Define an overall operating model for the office of the CTO focusing on our Why, What, and How
--Develop a maturity model to assess each component of the operating model
--Develop a prioritized plan to increase majority across the operating model
--Instantiate a Product/Service Catalog
--Align execution principles and standard practices across organizational structures to qualify opportunities and identify inefficiencies
--Create Quality of Service metrics aligned to a products and services framework

This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.

Job Description

  • Manages and leads portfolio managers to ensure success in the execution of organizational portfolios in support of corporate strategy. No requirement for portfolio size.
  • Manages and assesses the development and approval process for strategic initiative governance for assigned portfolios.
  • Monitors the development and review of analysis and reporting information related to key strategic portfolio milestones.
  • Oversight and accountability for the overall portfolio budget while working to ensure success of the portfolio.
  • Coaches and develops portfolio managers. Works across multi-disciplinary functions, and manages vender relationships to ensure success of the portfolio. Consults with project and program managers/teams as needed.

Work Experience

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $80,000.00 – $217,100.00Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
