Opportunity Overview
We have an immediate opening for a Practice and Physician Relations Specialist to join our remote team at US Fertility.
How You’ll Contribute
At US Fertility, collaboration is fundamental to how we work. There is undeniable strength in numbers—and support is always within reach. Whether collaborating with more than 200 highly respected physicians nationwide or partnering with colleagues who are passionate about solving meaningful problems, you’ll be surrounded by a team committed to shared success.
In this role, the Practice and Physician Relations Specialist will:
Partner with the Practice and Physician Relations Manager to support physician-facing marketing initiatives across all practices
Help translate physician and practice needs into content, communications, and marketing support that aligns with growth goals and brand standards
Serve as a day-to-day support resource for physicians, executive directors, and internal stakeholders, helping keep high-priority initiatives moving forward
Develop and coordinate physician-specific social media content in partnership with the social media team, with a focus on individual physician visibility rather than practice social media channels
Work directly with physicians to identify content opportunities that highlight thought leadership, patient education, and brand visibility
Edit and produce video content for physician marketing initiatives, including educational videos, social reels, event-related content, and other campaign assets
Support video project coordination from concept through final delivery, helping ensure timelines, messaging, and stakeholder feedback stay aligned
Represent the organization at national and regional conferences, including booth support, attendee engagement, physician coordination, and on-site marketing execution
Assist with planning and execution for major conferences and events, including content support, logistics coordination, and follow-up needs
Prepare presentations, content summaries, talking points, and other materials for physician and executive audiences as needed
Collaborate across the marketing team to ensure physician-related projects are aligned with broader campaign, content, and social priorities
Maintain a polished and professional presence in interactions with physicians, practice leaders, and executive stakeholders What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter.
Qualifications and Skills Include:
4 to 7+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, content strategy, physician relations, or a related field
Fertility marketing experience preferred
Experience working directly with physicians, healthcare leaders, or executive stakeholders
Experience developing or coordinating social media content for individual thought leaders, experts, or physicians
Video editing experience required
Experience supporting an organization at conferences, trade shows, or national meetings
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel as needed More important than any single credential, however, is the right person. Team members who are most successful at US Fertility embrace our mission, live our values, and remain committed to continuous improvement—for themselves, their colleagues, and the patients we serve.
