What You’ll Do

  • Allocate around 20 hours per week to contribute directly to projects, ensuring high-quality delivery for clients
    • You may be assigned as either a Solution Architect or Business Strategist to a project. This position leads from within the team
  • Ensure that each project assigned to your team is well-structured and optimally executed upon
  • Monitor staffing requirements, ensuring the right people are in the right roles for top performance and balanced team utilization
  • Steer the quality assurance processes, working to maintain excellent standards and minimize errors
  • Conduct interviews with candidates to determine if they have the technical skills and behaviors to thrive at Stitch
  • Effectively onboard new team members by clearly communicating expectations for their performance and ensuring they have a thorough understanding of all the processes and tools needed to perform their role well
  • Facilitate learning within your team by sharing insights, enhancing their skill sets, and promoting a collaborative work environment
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones , providing regular, actionable, and well-documented feedback on how your team members are performing their job responsibilities and are contributing to Stitch’s annual business objectives and Common Threads
  • Drive the performance management on your team to quickly address performance gaps with your direct reports and celebrate the achievements across all our teams
  • Schedule and conduct annual performance reviews in a structured and objective manner, assessing individual accomplishments, strengths, and areas for improvement
  • Actively encourage the exploration of fresh, innovative ideas within your team, forging the way for new solutions and tools
  • Support the success of Stitch by driving internal initiatives delegated to you by the VP of Delivery
  • Consult and collaborate with clients and team members to identify unique business requirements and determine the optimal approach and solution to meet their goals
  • Occasional travel, averaging around 15% to various locations within the United States as required
  • Perform additional duties as assigned and needed

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with marketing technology and customer engagement implementations
  • A minimum of 2 years managing performance and logistics of team execution
  • Availability travel around 15% to various locations within the United States as required, including to our headquarters in Indianapolis for four days during your first week for onboarding
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, effectively conveying ideas and insights to stakeholders.
  • Proven experience concurrently leading multiple project teams through various phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements definition, risk analysis, customization, testing, training, and rollout
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring, to ensure successful project delivery
  • Ability to adapt and consult on areas or new technologies that may be unfamiliar to you, embracing challenges with enthusiasm and curiosity
  • Proven ability to track and report project progress, risks, and issues, proactively identifying and addressing roadblocks and obstacles to ensure project success
  • Skilled in eliciting, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives
  • Confidence in conveying complex ideas and technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills, thriving in a deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to articulate marketing technology best practices and translate them into practical implementation recommendations
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship, both presently and in the future
