Be the Spark: Pre-Sales Engineer (EV Charging & Parking) -

Juice (Remote - To work with US & Europe based prospects customers)

As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you'll be a crucial part of our growth story. You'll leverage your technical expertise and sales acumen to identify and qualify leads, generate excitement for our platform, and work alongside our sales team to close deals with EV charging and parking operators across the US and Europe (remote friendly!).

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with leadership team to understand customer needs and tailor solutions.

  • Conduct demos and presentations, showcasing the value proposition of Juice's platform.

  • Prepare technical proposals and pricing structures.

  • Answer pre-sales questions, addressing technical inquiries and concerns of potential customers.

  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.

  • Travel occasionally to attend industry events and meet key clients (dependent on future circumstances).

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 2+ years of experience in a pre-sales engineering role (or similar technical sales role).

  • Strong understanding of EV charging and parking infrastructure (a plus!).

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

  • Passion for clean energy and the future of mobility.

  • Proficiency in technical documentation and proposal writing.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluency in English; additional European languages a major plus.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with computer vision technology, cloud or AI.

  • Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools.

  • A self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow.
