Principal Consultant — Design Strategy Lead

Job Description

As a Lead in this role, we love you to:

• Facilitate design thinking workshops with clients using human-centered methodologies that turn customer insights into new business opportunities and comprehensive design-led programs.
• Drive strategy and vision for projects overseeing small teams of designers and ensuring successful project delivery.
• Plan workshop agendas and activities, utilizing activities such as customer journey mapping, jobs to be done, empathy mapping, stakeholder mapping and alignment, and more.
• Assist in managing client relationships and effectively communicating with stakeholders having strong written and oral communication skills.
• Lead pitches and proposals with empathy, engaging storytelling, and a people-first point of view.
• Produce thought leadership playbooks for internal and external purposes.
• Ability to scale and mentor with a global and entrepreneurial mindset.
• This will be a remote role based in the U.S., occasional travel required.
