What you’ll achieve

As a Product Development Manager, you will drive the release responsibility for multiple projects. Working closely with all stake holders (Development, Validation, External Dependent teams, customer service, partners, customers and other technical support groups in cross-functional teams), you will manage the entire lifecycle of highly complex, high-risk projects. From design to delivery.

You will:

• Engage in developing Engineering Schedules, Risk Management, Tracking Engineering progress, Implementing Best practices, Continuous process improvements
• Align stake holders and resolve dependencies to ensure on-time release
• Perform frequent Internal quality audit and checks to ensure process is aligned to industry standards
• Understand impact of emerging business trends and their implications for Dell Technologies and its customers
• Develop common-sense solutions to complex business problems through in-depth investigation, coordination and collaboration with key decision makers and build effective, high-performance core product design teams and provide ongoing feedback to functional management.

Essential Requirements

• 8-12 Years of Overall Industry Experience in managing SCRUM or Release Management
• Experience in Driving data driven Technical/business decisions.
• Experience in Influencing Technical/business situations & presenting recommendations to executive leadership.
• Experience in driving/implementing global organizational initiatives.
• Experience in leading teams with varied experience levels across heterogenous functional teams (Eg:- Engineering/Validation/Marketing/Quality etc) to successful completion of assignments.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience in demonstration of Data/metrics driven approach to continuous improvement over releases
• Ability to manage multiple program / releases.
