The HERE Navigation team is building a next-generation, highly customizable embedded navigation product. - Work on challenging problems and collaborate efficiently with highly technical colleagues across teams.
- Design, develop and ship exciting new features for the automotive industry.
- Contribute to the architecture and design of the product.
Who are you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field
- Relevant experience in Android development, ideally in Kotlin
- Hands-on experience with object-oriented programming languages (Java, or C++)
- Experience in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Groovy, JavaScript, shell)
Nice to have:
- Track record of delivering embedded or mobile applications to customers
- Extensive knowledge of software engineering best practices, covering the full software engineering lifecycle
- Experience in mentoring engineering peers in complex technical issues, ability to influence software engineering best practices within your team
- Experience with AAOSP (Android Automotive Open Source Projects)
- Experience with Typescript and Javascript
