Role Overview
As a Principal Consultant, you will lead the design and delivery of SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay solutions, mentoring consultants and contributing to business growth. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure successful project outcomes.
What You Will Do
Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay implementations, facilitate workshops, design best-practice solutions, and provide functional leadership across project teams.

Requirements
6+ years of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors consulting experience
Proven experience leading multiple end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay
Strong configuration and solution design expertise across Compensation and Variable Pay
Experience integrating Compensation and Variable Pay with other SuccessFactors modules
SAP SuccessFactors certification in Compensation and/or Variable Pay Benefits
