Position: Private Equity Expert Type:Contract Compensation:$130/hour Location:Remote Duration:Minimum four weeks Commitment:10+ hours/week
Role Responsibilities
Evaluate financial models and provide insights to strengthen AI model outputs.
Review market sizing and TAM analysis for alignment with investment strategies.
Develop comprehensive investment summaries and memos to guide decision-making.
Collaborate on CIM creation and due diligence processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Process NDA/legal documents efficiently to support deal flow.
Source potential deals and provide strategic recommendations for investment opportunities. Qualifications
Must-Have
At least 2 years of experience in private equity at top firms.
Expertise in financial modeling or market sizing/TAM analysis.
Proficiency in creating investment summaries and memos.
Experience with CIM creation and due diligence.
Ability to process NDA/legal documents.
Skills in sourcing for deals. Compensation & Legal
