    Description and Responsibilities

    The mission of the Business Process Solutions and Support department is to provide support and maintenance for the Business Productivity Analysis System (APN), as well as to establish its operating rules. It is responsible for the ongoing development of the Business Management System and for monitoring regulatory publications from the Central Bank of Brazil (BCB) and the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (RFB), with a focus on the correct configuration of the systems and communicating these updates to the cooperatives. It also conducts studies and research on regulations, accounting definitions, consulting, training, support, and handling service requests in accordance with the SLA.

    Activities

    • Support the mapping, documentation, and updating of operational workflows and procedures, contributing to the standardization and continuous improvement of processes;

    • Assist in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and service levels (SLAs), supporting the analysis of results and the identification of opportunities for improvement;

    • Assist in the preparation and review of manuals, management reports, presentations, and other documents related to the department’s processes;

    • Perform controls and maintain records related to quality management and process compliance, ensuring the integrity of information;

    • Support the execution of internal audits and monitor the implementation of action plans resulting from findings and identified opportunities;

    • Contribute to the proposal and implementation of process improvements, aiming to increase efficiency, quality, and risk mitigation;

    • Organize, control, and keep up to date the documentation related to the Quality Management System and the processes under the department’s responsibility;

    • Provide support to the departments served by the Shared Services Center (CSC), promoting the application of best practices and compliance with established procedures;

    • Participate in initiatives focused on standardization, governance, and continuous improvement of organizational processes.

    Requirements

    Mandatory Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields;

    • Knowledge of process modeling and management using BPMN;

    • Experience in quality management, continuous improvement, or corporate processes;

    • Knowledge of internal audits, controls, and key performance indicator (KPI) management;

    • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint;

    • Strong writing skills and the ability to draft technical documents;

    • Ability to analyze data and track key performance indicators;

    • Familiarity with Lean, PDCA, or similar methodologies.
