What We'll Bring:

The TU Procure, Third Party Management, Facilities, and Travel function within Global Operations at TransUnion is responsible for managing the relationships and spend with vendors that supply TransUnion with goods and services, while serving as the conduit with other internal functions that oversee third party relationships such as Information Security, Accounts Payable, Finance, Legal, Facilities, and Third Party Risk Management. This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.

  • BA/BS degree or 6-8 years of equivalent work in business operations management
  • Overall end to end knowledge of third party oversight, procurement, or supply chain processes in services industry
  • Ability to build strategic relationships with internal customers and operational leaders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and proven ability to work independently and within a team
  • Lean Six Sigma certification
  • Experience with department budget tracking and variance analysis as well as exposure to FP&A processes
  • MS Office: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Power BI
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • High attention to detail
  • Good presentation skills
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Strong project management skills is a plus

Impact You'll Make:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Process management – procurement, third party, risk intelligence, and reporting SOP and process flow maintenance and updates.
  • Policy management – pro-actively aligning and circulating changes for review and approval and ownership of versioning control.
  • Management of Business Continuity Plan – own the department business continuity plan and business impact analysis. Conduct quarterly exercises in accordance with organizational BCP guidelines.
  • Goal tracking – manage project status and overall reporting of goals by coordinating updates from workstream leads.
  • Budget Tracking – department budget tracking and variance analysis. Able to engage with FP&A team to analyze budget and keep track of all charges.
  • Presentation and communication – effective communication across all levels and various teams both internally and externally.
  • Manage special projects - involving data quality and cleansing, spreadsheet trackers, email campaigns, change management efforts, user training, and systems testing during the course of wider organizational strategic initiatives.
