Are you an enthusiastic Product Designer with a passion for delivering innovative solutions? We are currently seeking a dynamic Product Designer, AvaCloud, that can design and deliver end-to-end experiences that are simple, yet elegant. As a member of the Ava Labs Product Design team, you will contribute and impact our product design initiatives especially as it relates to the AvaCloud product (see descriptions below). WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support the design of products within AvaCloud which makes launching custom blockchain accessible to all builders
- Leverage Product, Engineering, and Design teams to build compelling user experiences
- Research user behaviors/insights, define problems, launch new products/features and innovative solutions
- Provide rapid prototyping
- Assist with designing end-to-end flows and experiences that are simple and elegant
- Collaborate with peer designers to conceive new/innovative design directions
- Organize and coordinate useful product testing programs for all stakeholders
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Thrive in a dynamic start-up culture of collaborative rapid prototyping with a focus on delivery
- Passion for finding simple solutions to complex problems
- Understanding of UX patterns, best practices, and design standards for iOS, Android, and Web
- Pixel-perfect design skills and high attention to detail
- Strong Figma skills
- Positive energy, low ego with a collaborative and open-minded attitude
- Desire to continually improve yourself and the team as designers
- A strong portfolio that represents your full design process
- Knowledge of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies
- Experience interacting with cryptocurrencies on-chain
- Experience working on B2B applications
- Bonus points if you have experience with basic front-end development
Salary Range: $128,000 to $159,800
