Currently, we are seeking aProduct Designer
1. Starting Point: Understanding Requirements and Estimation
- Estimation & Planning: Develop project proposals based on client requirements, defining phases, timing, activities, inputs, expected outputs, deliverables, team roles, and prework requirements for both client and internal teams.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients, product managers, and engineers to collect and assess user requirements, identifying information gaps and proposing research methodologies to fill them, including qualitative and quantitative research, expert interviews, stakeholder workshops, and toolkit utilization.
- Sales Support: Assist in commercial calls alongside the sales team to gather details for accurate project estimations regarding time, team needs, and project scope.
- Client Engagement: Act as a facilitator in client meetings, workshops, and working sessions, with a strong understanding of both business KPIs and user needs.
- User Profiling: Use socio-demographic and behavioral profiling tools to understand user personas and needs.
2. Divergence: Exploring the Problem
- Session Leadership: Lead or participate in kickoff meetings, planning sessions, and feedback reviews.
- Research & Insight Synthesis: Execute in-depth UX research, organize findings, and create models to visually represent insights.
- Ideation & Co-Creation: Lead brainstorming and co-creation workshops using diverse tools and techniques.
- Stakeholder Interviews: Conduct interviews to gather critical insights and validate design concepts.
3. Convergence: Exploring the Solution
- Collaboration & Ideation: Work effectively within team settings to transform abstract ideas into concrete designs.
- Design Prototyping: Develop user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for intuitive, engaging user experiences.
- UI Optimization: Conduct UX/UI audits, improve existing interfaces, and plan new concepts or business ideas.
- Continuous Improvement: Iterate and refine designs based on client and team feedback.
4. Definition: Shaping the Solution
- Service & Product Design: Lead the design of product revamps, feature definition, and life-cycle iterations.
- Multi-Channel Design: Experience managing ecosystems with multiple channels or assets, ensuring cohesive experiences.
- Visual Representation: Create storyboards, sitemaps, flowcharts, and ecosystem maps to communicate design concepts.
- UI Deliverables: Develop and deliver UI kits, design systems, prototypes, service blueprints, and other documentation for team and client alignment.
- Presentations & Demos: Prepare presentations and client demos that showcase the design journey and outcomes.
5. Validation: Testing the Solution
- Usability & Experience Testing: Lead the design and execution of usability tests, A/B tests, and user research sessions.
- Problem Identification: Identify and troubleshoot UX issues, focusing on responsiveness and interaction flow.
- Development Collaboration: Define technical specifications for development teams and facilitate project handoffs.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in product design and 5+ years in UX/UI design or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design/prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
- Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI expertise with user-centric case studies and examples of design thinking.
- Design Principles Knowledge: Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
- English Proficiency: Advanced level required.
- Additional Skills: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end principles is a plus.
