About the Role

We're looking for an experienced product designer who can help our clients create simple engaging experiences for their users. What you could be involved in:

  • Designing a new, innovative customer experience for a major airline, focusing on personalised, seamless digital services throughout the entire travel journey 
  • Helping a large bank designing and launching a new AI (Artificial Intelligence) powered service for businesses to manage their money 
  • Helping the NHS (National Health Service) researching and designing a new national app, as well as several other core digital health services 
  • Redesigning critical reporting and management tools for the UK’s largest payments services company 
  • Exploring the future of travel and the role of digital services across end-to-end journeys for a major national logistics firm 
  • Assist Amnesty unearth opportunities to improve how they identify and act on human rights offences 
  • Contributing to internal initiatives promoting inclusion, diversity, and sustainability to foster a more equitable and environmentally conscious workplace culture 
  • Assisting the government in implementing the Government Digital Service (GDS) framework to design and develop new digital solutions aimed at improving the lives of citizens and streamlining public services and experiences.

About You

  • UX deliverables: proficient in producing a variety of UX outputs, including personas, user journeys, wireframes, mock-ups, designs, and prototypes.
  • Insight synthesis: skilled at synthesising user insights, market data, and global trends to create exceptional user experiences.
  • Collaborative approach: collaborates effectively with clients and developers to bring designs to life while considering user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints.
  • Usability testing: actively engages in usability testing to continuously refine ideas and designs.
  • Client workshops: experienced in running workshops with clients and presenting deliverables to senior stakeholders.
  • Cross-disciplinary collaboration: interest in defining the design process while collaborating with various disciplines such as research, strategy, and service design.
  • Visual storytelling: possesses an enthusiastic sense of aesthetics and the ability to visually convey stories.
  • Communication: confident and clear communication skills when presenting work to clients and peers.
  • Digital artefacts: proficient in crafting attractive and clear digital assets.
