Join the ArcGIS AllSource team and help us deliver a quality desktop application for our customers. We are looking for a skilled product engineer who is passionate about developing customer-driven products that help our customers succeed. You will actively collaborate with the development team, product engineers, and designers to help design and implement user-centric functionality.
ArcGIS AllSource is a cutting-edge desktop application that allows users to analyze their data across space, time, and the connections within their data. As a member of our team, you will work with Product Engineers, Software Developers, and designers to help craft the intelligence workstation that intelligence professionals are adopting worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Work with users and industry experts to identify user requirements and customer workflows
- Work with top software engineers to envision, design, build, test, release, and support software products
- Collaborate with software engineers, product engineers, and other stakeholders to build and test ArcGIS AllSource functionality
- Play a major part in the development process by determining product quality and release readiness

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience using an application development language, such as C++, C#, and/or Python
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage priorities and tasks as needed in a fast-paced work environment
- Bachelor’s in computer science, engineering, GIS, data science, network science, mathematics, or related field
Recommended Qualifications
- Master’s in computer science, engineering, GIS, data science, network science, mathematics, or related field
- Knowledge of ArcGIS and online services, or other GIS products
- Experience with the intelligence community, military intelligence, or law enforcement
- Experience with intelligence workflows
- Experience writing technical documents for a variety of audiences
- US citizen with the ability to obtain a U.S. Top Secret clearance with SCI access

Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
