Over the past several years, our company has experienced substantial growth and secured significant funding from prominent investors to support our expansion.

As we continue to evolve, we are looking to add an experienced and visionary Head of Mobile Products to lead the development and execution of our mobile app strategy. This role is critical in driving the growth and success of our core business. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, a strong background in mobile app development, and a proven track record of taking mobile products from 0 to scale.

What you need:

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in product management, focusing on mobile app development in a startup environment.

  • Startup Experience: Proven track record of successfully taking mobile apps from 0 to scale, including creativity, development, and launch.

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in mobile development technologies and frameworks. Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively to a variety of audiences.

  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading product teams as an IC, with a strong ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams. Bonus for some degree of management experience, though this will not be a management role to start.

  • Customer-centric: Deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

  • Self-starter: Highly motivated with a proactive attitude who can lay the foundations of a future much larger mobile org as we grow.

  • Collaborative: Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.

What you’ll do:

  • Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our mobile apps, aligning with company goals and market needs.

  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation, design, development, and launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.

  • Work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless product development and execution.

  • Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their pain points, and ensure our products deliver exceptional value and user experience.

  • Utilize your technical background to make informed decisions about product architecture, technology stacks, and integration strategies.

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
