    • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities and measurable business outcomes

    • Lead end-to-end product development and delivery, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and strong ownership of intellectual property

    • Drive digital revenue performance, increasing bookings, conversion rates, and customer engagement across digital channels

    • Lead global rollout and adoption across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas, balancing global consistency with regional relevance

    • Embed change and drive adoption at scale, establishing structured training programmes, champion networks, and continuous feedback loops

    • Continuously optimise product performance through data-driven insights, user feedback, and analytics

    • Ensure alignment with operational and commercial realities, delivering practical, user-centric solutions that integrate seamlessly into the business

    • Establish product governance and prioritisation frameworks, balancing competing demands across regions and functions

    • Drive key strategic decisions, including build vs. buy, investment prioritisation, and sequencing of delivery

    • Optimise resource allocation, maximising speed, impact, and returns across the digital portfolio

    Experience & Qualifications

    • Proven leadership experience in digital product management within logistics, supply chain, or a related industry

    • Demonstrated success in building, scaling, and commercialising digital platforms at regional or global levels

    • Strong commercial acumen, with experience owning or influencing P&L or revenue-generating products

    • Deep understanding of modern product development approaches, including low-code platforms (e.g., Mendix)

    • Ability to translate complex operational processes into scalable, user-focused digital solutions

    • Track record of leading transformation, navigating ambiguity, and delivering results in complex environments

    • Strong stakeholder leadership with the ability to influence across regions, functions, and seniority levels
