Position Overview:

As a key member of the product management team, you will have responsibility for

  • Product Impact –Focus on the success of your portfolio, measured in terms of roadmap execution and platform stability/reliability
  • Product Ownership – Prioritize the team's work and serve as team liaison with internal and external stakeholders. This includes validating customer requirements, product/program improvements, implementation needs and customer use cases for key personas
  • Business Results – Support the achievement of the business’ key objectives and results for the assigned programs/products. This includes customer adoption, financial goals, and the overall goal: Saving More Lives

Position Holder is Accountable For:

  • Customer Empathy – Identify and deeply understand customer needs and business requirements
  • Product Development Liaison Act as day-to-dayinterface with worldwide development teams, internal and external stakeholders building components for your platforms. Define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and backlog stories. Prioritization includes reconciling business priorities, new program development, bug fixes, and technical debt
  • User SpecificationsDefine user specificationsfor translation into technical requirements.
  • Customer Adoption– Ensuring that the business case for the Program in terms of customer adoption is met
  • Product Lifecycle Management– Successfully manage products from implementation to maturity. Work with relevant stakeholders to triage and prioritize enhancement requests to ensure they are aligned with product and corporate strategy

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related fields
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in product management or relevant experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively, possessing excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking, and technical skills
  • Ability to travel as needed, including internationally
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems, healthcare market experience, and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) are preferred

The estimated annual base salary for this position is $90,000 to $95,000. Please note that this range does not include any other compensation or benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, level of education attained, and/or professional certifications, years of relevant experience, special skills, etc.
