Key Responsibilities:
- Drive End-to-End Product Development: Lead product initiatives from ideation to launch, ensuring every feature shipped is impactful, user-centric, and aligns with strategic objectives.
- Execute Relentlessly: Roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to drive projects forward—whether it's crafting specs, working through blockers, or pushing for high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Act as the glue between engineering, design, operations, compliance, sales, finance, and marketing to create alignment and momentum around a shared vision.
- Be Data-Informed User-Centric: Leverage user insights, feedback, and data to prioritize features, refine strategies, and measure success.
- Think Big Small: Zoom out to understand the broader business impact while obsessing over the details that make a product truly delightful.
