Product Managers play a key role in defining early customer segments and product opportunities while contributing to the long-term plan for this high-growth line of business.
In this role you will drive initiatives to bolster our security posture, maintain our SOC 2 compliance, build out IAM/CIAM capabilities, and empower cross-functional teams with accurate and accessible data in order to enhance our unified customer experience

- Strategic Product Leadership:
- Lead the planning, scoping, and prioritization of projects to achieve key business outcomes, aligning with the organization's strategic goals and establishing clear objectives and key results (OKRs).
- Align with product leads on strategic goals, corresponding initiatives, execution progress, and KPI tracking.
- Effectively communicate product updates and strategic direction to your team and a wide range of stakeholders.
- Security and Compliance Focus:
- Strengthen security measures (e.g., two-factor authentication, suspicious activity detection) to protect both internal and external users.
- Deliver initiatives that support and maintain SOC 2 and HIPPA compliance.
- Enhance Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) capabilities to improve security, mitigate unauthorized access, and elevate user experiences.
- Customer-Centric Development:Collaborate closely with teammates in product, design, engineering, customer success, financial services operations, and data, leveraging your understanding of the fintech/financial services domain.
- Enhance Customer Success tooling for more efficient and responsive support.
- Versed in customer and market research, methodically understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Partnerships:
- Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Risk Compliance, Finance, Partnerships, and other product teams to deliver on initiatives.
- Own and develop related third-party relationships and partnerships.
- Work through technical capabilities and constraints and assess opportunities.
You Thrive Here By Possessing the Following:
- A College or University degree in STEM3+ years of previous experience in software product management from where you were part of conception to launch and growth.
- Proven ability to distill information from customer and market research and use it to define and prioritize the product roadmap.
- Previous experience using and interpreting SQL from a database.
- Ability to build compelling narratives and communicate effectively with customers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience with security and compliance related product work.A strong understanding of IAM/CIAM concepts.
- Experience designing user onboarding flows and processes.
- A passion for helping micro and small businesses enhance their business and financial acumen
