We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Product Manager with a strong focus on payment services and merchant needs. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and optimizing our payouts processes and money flow control. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams from Merchant, CX, and Finance area, as well as external suppliers to drive key company initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to work on projects that will have a significant impact on our customer's' experience in Poland, and all new markets.

A hybrid work model requires 1 day a week in the office.

We are looking for people who:

  • Have proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in project management (roadmapping, resource planning, risk assessment, stakeholder cooperation)

  • Have experience in working with financial products and understand the payments environment

  • Are skilled in using data analysis and A/B testing to design and implement product changes

  • Are adept at problem-solving and decision-making

  • Are experienced in Agile methodologies and managing product backlogs

  • Have excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Are able to see the product through the eyes of the clients and understand their needs

  • Know English and Polish at min. B2 level

In your daily work you will handle the following tasks:

  • Collaboration with stakeholders to understand and reconcile our customers needs and translate them into new functionalities

  • Management and product backlog prioritization in collaboration with a team of engineers to ensure work is aligned with strategic goals

  • Development of product roadmaps and timelines, and managing the delivery of features and enhancements

  • Ensuring safe and controlled processes compliant with the financial regulations

  • Communication across different teams and stakeholders to align objectives and ensure everyone is on the same page

  • Delivery of new functionalities by working directly with stakeholders from various departments like Merchant, CX, Legal, Allegro Finance and data analysts, UX designers, researchers and other product managers

  • Proactive run of continuous product discovery to identify opportunities to improve customers experience and product KPIs
