The Product Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team as we launch and grow CCIP. In this role, you will be responsible for continuous development and refinement of our product roadmap, including new features for token issuers and end users, enhancing the CCIP developer experience, and understanding the intricacies of integrating with new blockchain networks. You will collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Go to Market and Engineering to ensure the smooth execution and delivery of these initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of launching and growing web3 products, excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, and a solid understanding of blockchain technology.

Your Impact

Create a roadmap for several critical CCIP initiativesStrategize and execute on the roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and successful integrationCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to communicate product updates, gather feedback, and ensure effective stakeholder communicationStay updated with the crypto consumer landscape, including DeFi and NFTs, to inform product strategy and improvements to the CCIP ExplorerUtilize your technical proficiency in blockchain technology to ramp up quickly on CCIP and cross-chain bridging capabilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar technical discipline 4+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of managing complex product launches and engaging with many cross-functional stakeholders

  • Strong technical understanding to collaborate effectively with engineering teams

  • Proven experience in launching and growing consumer products, preferably in the blockchain or cryptocurrency industryDemonstrated ability to work seamlessly across different teams, particularly Marketing, to drive product growth.

  • In-depth knowledge and experience with web3 and blockchain. Ideally having built protocols, at the very least, having used them actively

  • Strong stakeholder communication skills, including internal stakeholders, external partners, and integrators
