Deine Position

As a Product Manager, you will:

  • Lead the product management lifecycle for our offer-tool from idea to implementation. We are unique at 1K5 in terms of what we offer, to combine our hardware and software products in one compelling offer we developer our own global solutions
  • Conduct user research & use insights from analytics & experiments to gain valuable insights and identify opportunities to optimize the 1K5 conversion phase
  • Improve our customers offers & conversion rates showcasing the advantages of 1K5 and the customers savings potentials
  • Optimize the sales processes and increase efficiency for our sales teams around the globe
  • Work together with engineers & designers in a cross-functional team
  • Define the roadmap based on outcomes and data, aligning with international stakeholders
  • Foster communication between teams, including developers, product managers, Sales, Marketing, Finance, BI-teams and external partners, to ensure everyone is aligned and moving towards common objectives
  • Have C-Level exposure to our Marketing and Sales units
  • Managing the expectations and requirements of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards

Dein Profil

What we are looking for:

  • Several years of experience in product management ideally in the fields of renewable energies, energy supply or a related industry
  • Experience in Marketing, Sales or any related experience in the Growth field is a plus
  • The ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and motivate your team toward shared goals
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation
  • Proficiency in standard digital project and product management tools such as Jira, Figma, Miro, Notion or BI-& Analystics-Tools (like Looker), with a strong understanding of methodologies like Scrum, Kanban or Shape-up
  • A customer-first mindset, always looking for ways to improve the user experience
  • A data-driven, outcome-focused approach, focused on measurable results
  • A passion for sustainability and driving the energy transition forward
  • Proven expertise in managing timelines, addressing bottlenecks, and fostering seamless collaboration across multiple departments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with strong English & German proficiency
