Requirements

What you will love about working at Sidetrade:

In our R&D and Product teams, we work in small autonomous teams (Squads) which fit into strategically aligned Streams. To deliver on our latest strategic priorities, we are building several new cross-functional Squads, and we are seeking a highly-motivated Product Manager with great analytical and communications skills to take a lead role in this adventure.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be joining one of these streams, where you will be asked to deliver enhancements and new features to achieve your stream’s business goals. You will also:

  • Be an ambassador of Sidetrade’s product vision, both internally and externally.
  • Be the “Voice of the Customer” to ensure high value features are delivered.
  • Pilot the Agile Ceremonies as part of the software development lifecycle
  • Suggest ways to track product usage and impact on end users.
  • Support the launch of our new features internally and externally.
  • Attend regular meetings with customers & stakeholders to gather feedback and complex requirements.

What You'll Bring With You:

  • Work Experience: 3 years of relevant work experience with a strong background in Account Receivables.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: in the Deductions and Claims Process: You possess an in-depth understanding of deduction and claims processes, demonstrating proficiency in navigating complex financial scenarios and resolving discrepancies efficiently.
  • Customer-Focused: You have a genuine interest in understanding customer needs and concerns, with the ability to empathize with users, potentially drawing from prior experience as a customer yourself.
  • Strategic Thinker: You excel in strategic thinking and leverage your robust analytical skills to devise creative solutions to complex problems within the deductions and claims domain.
  • Effective Communication: You can communicate effectively across various stakeholders, from customers to developers, conveying complex concepts in a clear and concise manner to ensure alignment and understanding.
  • Strong Task Prioritization: You demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, especially when managing multiple topics simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient completion of deliverables.
