Position Overview:

Henry Meds is a leading player in the telehealth industry, dedicated to providing innovative solutions that enhance access to healthcare services. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to join our team and drive our telehealth platform to new heights.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the execution of a comprehensive product strategy aligned with our company's vision and goals for our telehealth platform.
  • Collaborate on the development and management of a dynamic product roadmap that aligns with business priorities, integrating user feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis. Use customer insights to shape the direction of the product and prioritize features that deliver value to users.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to conceptualize, prioritize, and implement new features
  • Collaborate with stakeholders such as the Clinical team, the Operations team, Engineering, and Leadership to gather insights, address concerns, and maintain alignment between business objectives and product development.
  • Participate in data analysis to evaluate product performance, identify areas for enhancement, and contribute to data-driven decisions.
  • Promote excellent user experiences by participating in user-centered design principles, contributing to usability testing, and providing input on product design iterations for improved usability and user satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about the evolving telehealth landscape, industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements relevant to healthcare software. Identify potential opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

You will likely have:

  • 2+ years of experience in software Product Management or a similar role
  • Demonstrated success at building and launching product initiatives that have a significant positive impact on the business and the user
  • Previous experience working in revenue growth, marketing tech, DTC or B2C organizations.
  • Experience working with both Engineering and Business Stakeholders as a Product Manager.
  • Strong aptitude for critical thinking and understanding business needs, with the ability to translate user insights and data into actionable product strategies.
  • Proficient at working with excel or similar tools to analyze and visualize data
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain learnings to both technical and non-technical partners
  • A team player who’s able to partner with cross-functional teams to quickly turn insights into actions
  • Comfortable making considerations for data privacy and regulatory compliance considerations in a high-compliance industry like healthcare or financial services
  • Very comfortable adapting on the fly and working outside your comfort zone in a fast-paced startup environment

You may have:

  • Early-stage, fast-growing start-up experience
  • DTC Digital health or Telehealth experience
  • Experience contributing to NPV or DCF financial models for potential product initiatives.
  • Proficiency in using tools like Heap, Google Analytics, Datadog, Retool, or similar for data analysis and visualization.
  • Familiarity with digital health or telehealth concepts

Salary Range: $135-145k annually

This salary represents Henry Med's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible compensation for this role at the time of posting, and Henry Meds may ultimately pay more or less than the posted salary. The final salary for this position will be determined by Henry Meds sole discretion, consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employee’s work experience, skills, and qualifications for the role, as well as the needs of Henry Meds business and other operational considerations.
