This role is 100% remote.
- In order to qualify for remote work, candidates need to reside or be willing to move to one of the following states; NE, MN, IN, PA, GA, TX, FL, NV, or UT.
How you will achieve success:
- Examine data on key input and output metrics, customer feedback, and product usage information to create insights that drive product decisions.
- Collaborate with product partners to define impactful KPIs meant to solve key business opportunities.
- Relentlessly pursue new learning opportunities from shadowing users to work-flow deep dives.
- Partner with users to share updates on a feature set, ensure alignment and identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with software partners, users, and stakeholders to write and produce stories for Engineering teams.
What experiences will help you in this role:
- 3-5 years of experience working in product management.
- Experience working with Agile development practices.
- Clear understanding of the financial aspects of the business, including the input and output metrics.
- Can identify the specific parts of the PL that a particular new capability or change will impact.
- Executes quickly and accurately juggles numerous small projects towards a larger goal.
