Your Mission
At Tierliebhaber, you’re the driving force behind new products—from the initial idea to the finished product on the shelf. You’ll be responsible for our product management from start to finish, identifying what dog and cat owners really need before they can even put it into words, and turning those insights into products that are a huge hit.
Your Responsibilities
You research and analyze the market: Which products and product categories are in demand, sought after, and needed?
You derive concrete product ideas and potential from this analysis and evaluate them in terms of their market prospects
You’ll independently develop new products—from concept through formulation/specification to market readiness
You’ll maintain an overview of all ongoing product projects—timelines, budget, and pending tasks—and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
You’ll serve as the liaison between Marketing, the online store, and the leadership team to ensure every launch goes off without a hitch
You’ll monitor existing products in the market and use this insight to drive optimizations and further developments for our portfolio
What do you bring to the table?
Experience in product management, ideally in the D2C/e-commerce or FMCG sector
A keen sense for market and trend analysis, along with the ability to derive robust product ideas from these insights
The ability to work independently and in a structured manner—you take a holistic approach to product management, not just a step-by-step one
Nice-to-have: Experience in procurement or supply chain management
