About Mezo
Mezo is Bitcoin’s economic layer, creating the foundation for a global decentralized financial system. It enables Bitcoin-native financial services like lending, borrowing, and staking, allowing holders to use their assets productively. Built on tBTC, the largest decentralized Bitcoin bridge, Mezo provides secure infrastructure for BitcoinFi. Mezo unlocks a new utility for Bitcoin and makes it a versatile asset within the BitcoinFi ecosystem.
About the Product Marketing Manager role
Thesis* is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager who can take on the challenge of launching and growing the Mezo Ecosystem. You’ll ultimately responsible for defining what bringing the product and it’s features to market looks like, driving demand across the marketing funnel, communicating it’s differentiation and value whilst championing the voice of the customer.
What You’ll Do
- Research and identify key competitors, target markets, customer segments, areas for growth and using such findings to inform persona creation.
- Manage and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies targeting developers and end-users through determination of a strong product message and position.
- Partner with internal teams (Product, Engineering BD, Growth Community) to ensure marketing strategies align with product launches and KPIs track towards hitting overall company goals.
- Ensure all customer-facing teams, like marketing, PR, and BD, understand the plan and product roadmap. Prepare QA materials for stakeholders as needed.
- Plan and launch multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital ads, email, social media, and content marketing.
- Oversee the entire campaign process, from initial concept to execution and performance review.
- Develop sales enablement material for the BD team to effectively communicate the product offering and solutions it delivers in comparison to current and emerging competitors in market.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of product marketing experience bringing new tech product offerings to market, focused on driving partner and iuser growth. You are comfortable launching a product from 0 to 1 and then scaling from 1-100
- Extensive experience in building end-to-end GTM plans, crafting compelling positioning, messaging and user facing content based on insight and learning to compel users to take an actions at various stages in their journey and funnel.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and demonstrate both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Skilled in analyzing data, identifying trends, and presenting key insights, with the ability to apply these findings to optimize future initiatives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to simplify complex technological web3 concepts clearly.
- Proven ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Proactive, self-driven, and possess a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- A collaborative team player who can also work effectively autonomously.
