About the Role & Team
Amplitude is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Partner Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of integrated marketing and demand generation efforts with our top global partners. You will report to the Head of Partner Marketing and collaborate with partner leaders, Sales, Global Campaigns, Product Marketing, and Regional Field teams to develop joint marketing plans aimed at increasing market awareness and driving demand generation to achieve pipeline and revenue targets. Success in this role requires strong relationship management, expertise in demand generation, and the ability to demonstrate strategic thinking while embracing a hands-on (builder) mentality in a fast-paced tech environment.
As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will:
- Develop and execute an integrated partner go-to-market (GTM) strategy that drives co-selling and co-marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Partnerships, Partner Sales, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Product, Communications) to build scalable, repeatable partner programs, including communications and demand generation.
- Work closely with prioritized partners to implement and bring joint GTM visions to life, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Build and strengthen relationships with marketing teams to promote Amplitude’s brand and craft joint messaging and global campaigns.
- Partner with Amplitude’s Partner Managers to align business needs with the broader marketing plan.
- Play a key role in developing the strategy for key events (both digital and in-person) to maximize engagement and impact.
- Track, measure, and optimize program success to ensure continuous improvement.
You’ll be a great addition to the team if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, with a proven track record in creating, executing, and measuring successful GTM programs.
- Experience leading global and regional partner marketing initiatives and managing budgets across programs.
- Strong ability to influence and collaborate with key stakeholders and partners.
- Expertise in developing programs at early stages and providing strategic insights for improvement.
- A data-driven approach, regularly evaluating program impact and reporting Alliance KPIs to leadership.
- Ability to cope with continuous change and pivot accordingly to drive progress and success.
- The skillset to think strategically, combined with a builder (hands-on) mentality.
