Here's how you will contribute to the success of the company

You will work closely with the development team to expand our partner and client portal, driving client value at every opportunity. You will be responsible for balancing the technical requirements and stakeholder needs through a clever prioritization allowing for a delightful product. In collaboration with the Scrum Master, you will bring rigor and organization to the development process through clean storytelling and documentation. You will ultimately be the champion of your product, and need to socialize our goals and objectives, pains and needs.

Here's what your day-to-day will look like in this role

  • Take the lead of the scrum team as the Product Owner.
  • Ensure the alignment of development efforts to the company and product specific OKRs.
  • Foster and improve the client feedback loop allowing you to develop an acute knowledge of your market, allowing our products to be aligned to market demand.
  • Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project.
  • Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.
  • Contribute to the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, in collaboration with other stakeholders.
  • Create engaging user stories by merging your analysis with the technical knowledge of the team.
  • Work closely with the stakeholders to create, maintain, and prioritize a product backlog according to business value or ROI.
  • Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends.

Here's what you need to have and master to get the job

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Agile practitioner.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar relevant field an asset.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles, including tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Great structure, rigor and discipline when it comes to the process of software development (Story writing, Specs, Documentation).
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative thinker with a vision.
  • Knowledge of the MSP (Managed Service Provider) market and Commerce Platforms is a major asset.
  • Fluent English. French is an asset.
