The team operates in a fast-paced, high-growth environment focused on innovation, execution, and solving large-scale problems in the partner technology space.About The RoleThe company is hiring a Founding Product Marketing Manager to build and lead the Product Marketing function from the ground up.Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will own product positioning, messaging, launch strategy, and go-to-market initiatives. The person in this role will help define how the market understands a modern PRM platform while acting as the bridge between Product, Marketing, Revenue, and Customer Success teams.This is a true zero-to-one opportunity with the potential to scale the Product Marketing function into a larger team as the company grows.Main Responsibilities​- Define and refine product positioning and messaging strategies

  • Lead product launch strategies for new features and expansion initiatives

  • Develop messaging frameworks and thought leadership initiatives

  • Create sales enablement assets such as pitch decks, playbooks, and training materials

  • Build customer proof strategies including case studies, ROI narratives, and customer references

  • Conduct competitive and market intelligence research across PRM, affiliate, and ecosystem platforms

  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams

  • Define and track Product Marketing performance metrics including adoption, launch impact, win rates, and expansion metrics

Requirements

8+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS companies- Experience building or leading Product Marketing in zero-to-one, early-stage, or high-growth environments

  • Strong experience with product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies

  • Experience leading product launches and sales enablement initiatives

  • Experience with partner-led growth, PRM platforms, affiliate ecosystems, or related GTM technologies

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams

  • Experience analyzing metrics such as adoption, attribution, win/loss analysis, and launch performance
