ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for someone with experience in B2B paid search strategy and media management. Our team is very passionate and invested in driving revenue growth for our clients! We bring a unique perspective to our work because we are not career consultants, we've been in-house and dealt with sales & marketing teams and understand the need for quality leads, process and optimization of tech.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads, Bing and other search engine platforms.
  • Maintain and monitor keyword bids, audience targeting, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
  • Manage the creation of large keyword lists.
  • Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates.
  • Manage Display network placement lists on Google Ads and through other contextual advertising platforms.
  • Perform continuous optimizations, provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword and audience opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals.
  • Build and establish client relationships by acting as the lead day-to-day contact for client communication, running client meetings, statuses, and presentations.
  • Generate weekly and monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
  • Be proactive with learning about PPC industry trends and developments, and platform changes.
  • Provide analysis and insights on the campaign performance and results.
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels
  • Monitor competitors paid search engagement and activities.
  • Develop and execute robust multivariate test plans.
  • Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
  • Provide oversight and work closely with the other team members to meet client goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years paid search experience
  • In-depth experience executing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Bing, and other relevant search platforms for clients
  • Experience analyzing paid campaign results and developing insights/recommendations/optimizations
  • Experience managing budgets against a defined target goal on CPL, CAC, ROAS
  • B2B experience with understanding of sales lifecycle stages
  • Experience providing creative direction on social channels while working with design teams to fully execute
  • Experience with A/B testing
  • Advanced computer skills, proven proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Google Docs
  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus
