Program Manager, Global DTC & Commercial Initiatives FAB

First Aid Beauty, a prestige skincare brand sold at retailers such as Sephora, Ulta, Direct to Consumer (DTC) and Amazon is looking for a passionate, curious, tech and data driven Program Manager, Global DTC & Commercial Initiatives to help drive the global DTC business for First Aid Beauty. This key role assists with the planning of user experience ensuring a best-in-class site experience, and increasing site KPI’s such as average order value (AOV) and conversion rate (CR).

The Program Manager, Global DTC & Commercial Initiatives will report to the Director of E-Commerce & Digital Marketing and work closely with the website development team, DTC, Consumer Engagement, Creative and Brand Marketing teams. First Aid Beauty is located in Newton, MA, so Boston-area candidates are preferred, but we are open to remote candidates in select states within the U.S. No relocation assistance will be provided. Remote employees are expected to travel to the First Aid Beauty office in Newton at least once every 2 months.

The ideal candidate has a passion for process, loves a building out a timeline, and is comfortable managing internal and external third-party tech partners. They can inspire and positively influence a team and are comfortable flexing their style to push and challenge as fit. Highly organized, this individual thrives managing projects in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of E-Commerce, digital marketing and technology partners are required. Entrepreneurship, leadership, and creative thinking are necessary.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Roadmap planning of future website features and functionalities
    • Work with our website development agency partner and the E-Com Director on prioritizing features that help drive improved KPI’s such as average order value and conversion rate to maximize revenue.
  • Manage the UK DTC site build and any future DTC International expansions
    • Partner with the website development agency, all third-party tech partners, and the E-Com Director ensuring GDPR compliance and local translation as required.
  • Develop a conversion rate optimization process for
    • Identify areas where consumers are dropping off on the website by looking at Google Analytics and create hypothesis of what could be the friction points.
    • Develop and execute A/B tests leveraging tools such as Crazyegg to improve conversion rate across the site (homepage, product listing pages and product detail pages).
    • Develop reporting on A/B tests so we have a master library of what we know works and doesn’t work.
  • Promotion and Content Planning
    • Develop new processes that will improve the communication flow between the key teams and assist the E-Com Director with the promotion planning process.
    • Drive the DTC calendar alignment for content, CRM, and paid media teams. Manage the briefing in process to the creative team leveraging our creative project management tool Asana.
    • Assist with Amazon tasks as needed working with our third-party agency.
  • Create a commercial Gift with Purchase (GWP) process for the Brand
    • Partner with internal teams (Sales, DTC, Influencer, Brand Marketing) to develop a calendar of GWP items that the brand will be offering on an annual basis.
    • Source the vendors and materials working directly with the creative and operations teams.
    • Ensure alignment across all teams and that the forecasted units by team are ordered in time.

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of demonstrable, hands-on experience within an E-Commerce team, Technology Partner, or Agency
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or related field
  • A proven track record in managing complex projects
  • Experience using online project management tools such as Asana, Jira, etc.
  • Shopify or similar platform experience required
  • Solid understanding of web analytics with first-hand experience in tools such as Google Analytics, Crazyegg or other A/B testing tools is desired
  • Strong communication required
  • Intense curiosity about the digital space and the desire to test and learn to drive business growth

Starting Salary

$85k - $115K


Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
