Program Manager
MedTech Innovator is the world’s largest life science accelerator, committed to improving human health by supporting startups and scale-ups that are transforming healthcare.
We are seeking a Program Manager to support operational execution across one or more innovation-focused programs and strategic initiatives.
This role is responsible for coordinating program operations, managing timelines and deliverables, supporting stakeholder communications, and helping ensure successful execution across a range of initiatives and partnerships. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working across cross-functional teams, external partners, startups, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys building operational structure, improving processes, and supporting mission-driven innovation programs.
Program responsibilities may evolve over time as initiatives are launched, expanded, modified, or concluded.
Who You Are
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project and program management skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong communicator with the ability to work effectively across internal and external stakeholders
Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to operate independently in a remote setting
Interested in healthcare innovation, life sciences, technology, startups, research, public-private partnerships, and/or related sectors
Experienced in program management, operations, partnerships, project coordination, grants/contracts administration, healthcare innovation, nonprofit programs, research environments, or related fields
Familiarity with grant-funded, contract-funded, federally supported, or compliance-oriented programs preferred
Comfortable working with operational systems, trackers, reporting tools, and process development
Proficient with tools such as Airtable, Google Workspace, Excel, Slack, Zoom, and related collaboration platforms
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
What You’ll Do
Program Operations● Support day-to-day operational execution across one or more programs or initiatives
Manage timelines, deliverables, workflows, and ongoing coordination across multiple stakeholders
Develop and maintain operational systems, trackers, templates, SOPs, and internal documentation
Identify operational challenges, risks, or bottlenecks and help coordinate solutions
Support cross-functional collaboration across internal teams and external partners
Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency efforts across programs
Stakeholder Coordination● Coordinate communications, scheduling, and logistics across internal teams, external partners, reviewers, consultants, startups, and other stakeholders
Support onboarding and coordination of subject matter experts, reviewers, consultants, and advisors
Help maintain strong working relationships across program stakeholders
Support participating organizations and partners throughout program execution by answering questions, coordinating logistics, and tracking deliverables
Application & Evaluation Support● Support development and execution of application materials, review processes, evaluation workflows, and stakeholder guidance
Coordinate submission tracking, reviewer assignments, communications, and related operational activities
Facilitate meetings, discussions, and preparation of summaries, recommendations, and supporting materials
Reporting & Documentation● Prepare reports, presentations, summaries, and other programmatic materials
Maintain organized program documentation and records
Track program activities, deliverables, communications, and decisions to support effective program management and reporting
Support program closeout activities, lessons learned documentation, and performance tracking
Meetings, Events, & Communications● Support planning and execution of virtual and in-person meetings, workshops, webinars, showcases, and related activities
Coordinate agendas, meeting materials, schedules, and follow-up actions
Represent programs professionally across interactions with stakeholders and partners

The annual salary range for this role is $80,000 – $105,000. The actual salary amount will vary depending on the applicants experience, skills, qualifications, and market data.
