We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Programmatic Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing programmatic advertising campaigns across various platforms such as DV360, Magnite, PubMatic, Xandr, and The Trade Desk (TTD). You will work closely with buyers, troubleshoot campaign issues, and handle the setup and execution of private marketplace (PMP) deals. Additionally, you'll collaborate with our sales and supply teams to ensure smooth operations and delivery of programmatic inventory.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign management:
    Setup, optimise, and manage programmatic campaigns on platforms such as DV360, Magnite, PubMatic, Xandr, and TTD.
  • Private Marketplace (PMP) Deals:
    Execute and manage private deals, including setup, testing, and troubleshooting of PMP deals with buyers.
  • Client communication:
    Act as a primary point of contact for buyers, ensuring effective communication and timely troubleshooting of any technical issues or deal discrepancies.
  • Inventory avails:
    Provide avails (available inventory data) and recommendations for programmatic inventory, ensuring clients are informed of potential opportunities.
  • Troubleshooting:
    Identify and resolve any issues related to ad serving, delivery, discrepancies, or platform-related problems.
  • Collaboration with sales and supply Teams:
    Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and collaborate with the supply team to ensure inventory availability and deal optimisation.
  • Reporting analysis:
    Provide regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics and recommending optimisations for future campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends:
    Keep up with the latest trends, platforms, and technologies in programmatic advertising and recommend new strategies or tools to improve campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in programmatic trading, managing campaigns, and setting up private marketplace deals.
  • Platform expertise: Hands-on experience with DV360, Magnite, PubMatic, Xandr, and The Trade Desk (TTD) is required.
  • Technical skills: Strong understanding of ad tech and programmatic platforms, including DSPs, SSPs, and data analytics.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with buyers, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Analytical mindset: Ability to interpret campaign performance data and make recommendations for optimization.
  • Problem-solving skills: Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive attitude to resolve issues quickly.
  • Collaborative attitude: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, especially with sales and supply teams, to drive results.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Must be very analytical and comfortable with numbers.

- Previous work experience at an ad tech company or within a programmatic trading team.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
