Job Description:

As a Programmatic Yield Manager at Battlefy, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing revenue through the optimization of our programmatic advertising strategy. You will be responsible for managing relationships with demand partners, analyzing data to identify opportunities for revenue growth, and implementing strategies to increase yield across our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Programmatic Advertising Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive programmatic advertising strategy to maximize revenue while maintaining a positive user experience.
    • Ad Network Management: Manage relationships with ad networks, demand-side platforms (DSPs), and other advertising partners to ensure optimal fill rates and CPMs.
    • Yield Optimization: Analyze advertising performance data and user behavior to identify opportunities for revenue optimization. Implement A/B tests and other experiments to improve ad performance and user engagement.
    • Inventory Management: Monitor and forecast ad inventory to ensure adequate supply for demand. Work closely with sales and operations teams to optimize inventory allocation and pricing.
    • Ad Quality Control: Implement and enforce ad quality standards to maintain a high-quality user experience. Monitor ad creative performance and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
    • Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on advertising performance, revenue metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive business decisions.
    • Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in programmatic advertising. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve our advertising strategy.
    • Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in programmatic advertising, ad operations, or digital media management.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
    • Knowledge of ad serving platforms, ad exchanges, DSPs, and other programmatic advertising technologies.
    • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to online advertising, including GDPR and CCPA compliance.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
