We're looking for an experienced Project Management Intern to join our Professional Services team. Reporting to the Manager, Professional Services PubSec, you'll be responsible for:
- Responsible for the success of all new customer deployments as a single contact during the deployment service period. Perform kickoff calls with customers, describing the service, tools, and process including scope agreement and level setting goals.
- Manage well-established relationships with main customer partners while establishing success criteria, metrics, milestones, and timelines for deployment projects and ensuring projects remain by diligently driving the project to success.
- Manage Customers to ensure all teams are aligned and deliverables are met. Maintain project tracking and customer documentation within appropriate systems, templates and databases.
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Have 180 days of service or fewer remaining before your date of discharge and you have at least 180 days of active service.
- Obtain approval from your unit commander.
- MOU must be approved and submitted before start.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Professional experience/familiarity within Public Sector field or within Professional Services organization
- Experience with multiple Project Management Methodologies: Waterfall, Agile,, Hybrid
- Industry certifications such as Network+, Security+, CCNA (or Higher), , CISSP, or CCSP.
