Purpose of role - This section should be used to give a brief overview of the job

Responsible for managing medium to large IT projects to budget, schedule, and quality. Working with physical and virtual teams across departments, this role demands timely and effective communications with executive project sponsors, internal functional leaders, technical specialists, and customers (as appropriate) across concurrent projects. Working closely with customers, managing their expectations, and ensuring that the right job is completed and done well. Whilst this role is primarily focused on internal change where the main aim is to lead the project team and colleagues in Keyloop to be successful, this will also support our customers to be successful.

The Project Manager is highly organised, articulate, detail-orientated and commercially aware, and able to lead and delegate effectively. You are energetic, committed, and enthusiastic, with the ability to prioritise and take ownership to get the job done well and on time. You support, empower, motivate, and inspire others.

Key Duties & Responsibilities - Please add the most important duties and responsibilities. Ensure that each duty / responsibility can be linked to the operational and Keyloop strategy.

  • Defining the scope, impact, resources, and outcomes of the project, and gaining sponsor and internal customer agreement to these
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of project plans to ensure status is up to date.
  • Overall project setup, building out a project plan and successful execution of plans.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and actions, driving to timely closure
  • Provide progress reports and metrics dashboard for executive level transparency.
  • Manage all stakeholder communication across all areas of the business, whether with board level stakeholders or technical teams.
  • Manage change control process to ensure project plan is aligned with portfolio expectations.
  • Using appropriate standards, systems, resources, tools, and techniques in all project management activities.
  • Maintaining and controlling project documentation and systems during, and on completion of the project.
  • Closing projects when outcomes achieved, and to review lessons learned.

Qualifications required

Technical / Professional qualification

PRINCE 2 Practitioner or PMI PMP Certification

Desirable

  • Experience with Six Sigma, and/or equivalent certifications
  • Some knowledge of the Automotive industry preferred
